We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the tracking information of your order to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
All items that are custom made or personalized cannot be returned. If the mistake was on our part, we will replace the item with the engraving and personalization corrected. The product will need to be reported within 5 business days of receipt. If the item was damaged during shipping, you the buyer will need to contact the shipping company.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
For Custom items, proofs will be sent for your final approval before the custom item is made, so please be sure to proof all text and graphics for typos, spelling and human error.
Expectations, each computer monitor differs in color shading, hue, contrast, brightness, and many other factors. Due to these variables, it is hard to say your product will look exactly as you see it online. Also, many materials such as wood differ in color and texture from one piece to another.
Changes to an order after it has been received are subject to a 15% processing fee, plus any additional fees required to cover additional expenses that have occurred during the ordering process. No changes will be accepted once the order has moved into production.
Cancellations made after an order has been placed and or approved your proof are subject to a 15% restocking/processing fee. Once the proof is approved, the order is moved immediately into production and cannot be canceled. Blank non-custom orders may be canceled any time before shipment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. There is no refunds on any and all returned customized products. A custom order item can be exchanged or a store credit may be issued depending on the issue with the item. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
